Are you a passionate hospitality leader with a talent for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading high-performing teams?

Our client, a prestigious luxury safari lodge in Kenya is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily lodge operations, mentor department teams, and ensure world-class service standards across all guest-facing areas.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and support Housekeeping, Maintenance, Safari Shop, Night Porter and Spa teams
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through hands-on leadership
• Coordinate daily lodge operations and departmental performance
• Drive operational excellence, cost efficiencies and sustainability initiatives
• Step into key leadership roles during management absences
• Coach, mentor and develop future hospitality leaders

We’re Looking For:
• Proven management experience in luxury hospitality or safari lodges
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Outstanding guest relations and communication abilities
• Experience with operational reporting, budgeting and performance analysis
• Highly organised, adaptable and solutions-focused professional
• Passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences
