Restaurant Manager – The Congo Full Time

A Senior Management position is available at a South African Restaurant Group in Lubumbashi, Congo. Candidates with over 6 years of Restaurant management experience will be considered. Strong general management skills are required to oversee both front and back of house operations. Exceptional Restaurant administration / food cost knowledge and experience is a must. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers are preferred. All references must be contactable. The ideal candidate should be energetic, passionate, and driven to succeed, able to work under pressure and lead a team. Strong customer relations, staff management, and training skills are essential. Computer literacy and experience with pos systems are required. Lubumbashi is a modern and safe area; the Restaurants are managed by a group of South African managers. The salary ranges from 28 – 32 K per month (Paid in US Dollar) with accommodation, travel expenses, and meal allowance included.
