Hotel Receptionist Full Time
We wish to employ the service of an Hotel Receptionist. A hotel receptionist is the main point of contact for guests, managing front desk operations, check-ins, reservations, and guest support.
Responsibilities
Guest Services: Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, and hand out room keys.
Payments: Handle cash, process credit card charges, and prepare guest bills.
Department Coordination: Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved.
Local Guidance: Provide information on local attractions, transport, and hotel amenities.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, polite demeanor.
tools Organization: Ability to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and keep the front desk tidy.
Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
