Qualification(s):
• B Degree with Marketing / Commerce / Business Management / Customer Services

Key Responsibilities
1. Daily activity planning and management;
2. Co-ordinate and facilitate service delivery;
3. Ensure excellent customer interaction and staff performance management;
4. Co-ordinate information and process enhancement;
5. Facilitate the process of customer claims;
6. Manage reporting, team leadership and Supervision.
