Food and Home Intern
Highbury Media (Pty) Ltd is SA’s largest independent magazine and digital publishing company responsible for some of the country’s best-performing titles. We are currently looking for a Food and Home Intern.
Daily tasks will include:
- Preparing food for the shoots
- Shopping and propping
- Recipe development and research
- Organising the studio space and our food cupboard
- Assisting with organising studio time, photographers and the logistics for every shoot
- Administrative tasks such as budgets and scheduling
- Collecting and dropping off props
- Opportunity to learn how to write on word press
The ideal candidate would have the following characteristics:
- Have a car and valid drivers license
- Be a fast learner
- Be flexible and able to keep up with a fast-paced working environment
- Be willing to shop for ingredients and organise our stock cupboard
- Be neat, organised and detail-oriented
- Be able to work in a tight-knit team
