Editorial Intern – Assistant
Highbury Media is seeking an Editorial Intern. The Editorial Intern will support the Content Director and editorial team by assisting with administrative tasks, including managing google calendars, requesting imagery from various brands we work with, applying for shoot permits, emailing and researching.
This entry-level position would suit someone who wants to get experience working in the media industry, and is a great opportunity to hone admin and organisational skills. There is also the opportunity to explore content creation for Highbury digital/print platforms.
Main responsibilities
- Assisting the content director with all administrative tasks
- Assist in managing google and Microsoft teams calendars
- Researching for projects and editorials
- Creating moodboards on keynote or similar
- Researching beauty/fashion/décor trends
- Maintaining/tidying beauty cupboard periodically
- Searching for hires images and requesting from various brands
- Updating content spreadsheets (google sheets)
- Reading press releases and passing on to the relevant editors.

- Proactive and self-disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient computer skills: google drive, docs, sheets, email, calendar and Microsoft teams.
