Communications Intern (Parktown)

Work Description

This role requires the familiarisation with the daily operations of the Communications Unit. The intern will work with the team on various duties around content creation and administration.

Technical Work Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and when necessary external stakeholders
• General office support
• Administrative duties
• Shadow multiple related positions and train in a variety of tasks including graphic design and communications
• Duties will include a set of key deliverables as agreed upon by the mentor and intern
• Utilise graphic design applications

Education

• Grade 12 or Equivalent
• Undergraduate Qualification in PR, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field

Experience

• Graphic design experience will be an added advantage
