We currently have 2 x 12-month internship opportunities available for a candidate within the Facilities team.

Communicare is a dynamic and independent social enterprise that responds to the country’s housing crisis. We manage a growing residential portfolio in the affordable and social housing markets. The successful applicant will need to commit to the program for a period of 12 months and complete an Accredited Business Administration Qualification while gaining valuable work experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES / SKILLS:

Quantity Surveying Intern:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (highly advantageous)
• Organized and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Project Management Intern:

• Degree/Diploma in Project Management
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (highly advantageous)
• Organized and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
