Principal Structural Engineer | Remote Full Time

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering
Must be a Chartered Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers.
Must have 8–10+ years’ post-qualification experience within a structural engineering consultancy environment.
Must have a strong portfolio of UK-standard structural engineering projects.
Must have proven experience leading teams, delivering profitable design solutions, and managing stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
Must have excellent technical judgement with a strong understanding of structural behaviour, engineering codes, design principles, and relevant software tools.
Must have strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets, identify opportunities, and drive project value.
Must be a confident communicator and strategic thinker, with the ability to lead remotely and build strong professional relationships.
Must demonstrate a high level of personal accountability, ownership, and commitment to continuous improvement.
