Quantity Surveyor Full Time

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have the relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
Must have strong cost control and cost management skills to monitor budgets and manage project expenditure effectively.
Must have experience in cost planning, including estimating, budgeting, and forecasting for construction or shop fitting projects.
Must have knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and industry-standard measurement methods.
Must be able to produce clear, timely cost reporting, including variance analysis and financial progress updates.
Must have strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and cost management software.
Must be proficient in preparing, reviewing, and updating BOQs, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be able to work on-site in Randburg, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Prior experience in shop fitting or interior fit-out projects would be advantageous.
