POSITION: Part-Time Bookkeeper
Location: Remote (Globally)
Schedule: Monday to Thursday; 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (EST)
Compensation: 1000 – 2000 USD/month

Note: Independent contractor position

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

* Create and send customer invoices accurately and on time.
* Maintain accounts receivable and monitor outstanding customer balances.
* Follow up directly with customers regarding past-due invoices and collections.
* Maintain an accurate and healthy AR aging report.
* Enter and manage vendor bills and accounts payable.
* Apply and accurately record customer payments, including ACH, credit card, and check payments.
* Reconcile bank, credit-card, and payment transactions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online.
* Investigate and resolve payment or account discrepancies.
* Communicate with customers and vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account questions.
* Support month-end bookkeeping and basic financial reporting.
* Maintain organized supporting documentation for financial transactions.
* Work independently to ensure recurring bookkeeping responsibilities are completed accurately and on schedule.
