About the Role:
Sagan connects experienced people operations with US-based businesses. Your experience will be matched to relevant client opportunities, with specific responsibilities confirmed during the selection process.

Position Overview:
Support dependable people processes through organized records, onboarding coordination and responsive employee support.
You do not need to cover every specialty. Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain personnel records accurately and handle information confidentially.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks and required documentation.
• Track people-process requests and follow up with the responsible owners.
• Prepare routine updates and improve process documentation.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with HR information systems, onboarding, documentation and spreadsheet tools.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.

Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
