The Internal Sales Trainee will manage the end-to-end sales process while acting as a dependable, highly professional point of contact for our client base. If you are naturally methodical, detail-oriented, and possess the confidence to interact with customers face-to-face, this role is built for you.

Duties, include but not limited to:

• Manage the end-to-end sales workflow, including processing accurate customer orders, compiling detailed technical quotes, and precise customer data entry.
• Nurture existing client accounts and steadily expand our customer base through highly structured, reliable customer service.
• Act as a dependable and professional point of contact for customers, addressing technical inquiries with confidence.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly structured KPIs through proactive daily planning and activity management.
• Travel to client sites when required.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate essential. A related tertiary qualification (Sales, Marketing, Mechanical, or Technical field) is a distinct advantage, but a sharp mind and an open attitude to learning are valued most.
• Valid South African driver’s licence is essential.
• Comfortable learning technical manufacturing product knowledge and translating it into clear customer solutions.
• Strong people skills with the confidence to naturally build trusting relationships.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented. Takes genuine pride in data accuracy, numbers, and maintaining precise documentation under pressure.
• Strong people skills and the confidence to build relationships with customers.
