Senior Restaurant Manager – Sandton Full Time NEW

A well-established restaurant in Sandton is seeking a Senior Manager. Candidates should possess over 6 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role. Strong operational management skills are essential, along with the capability to oversee the entire restaurant operation. Applicants must be articulate and fluent in English. Only those with outstanding knowledge and experience in restaurant administration will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with a lengthy employment history at previous establishments. All references must be verifiable. The ideal candidate should be energetic, passionate, and motivated to achieve success. We are looking for someone who can thrive under pressure and effectively lead a team. Strong skills in customer relations, staff management, and training are required. Experience in a high-end sit-down restaurant environment is crucial.
