An upscale Steakhouse in the heart of Rosebank is seeking an energetic, fluent English-speaking General Restaurant Manager to oversee its entire operations. Candidates must have over 8 years of restaurant management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or GM role, backed by a stable work history and excellent references. The position requires strong skills in operations, staff training, financial administration, stock control, and cash reconciliation.
