Restaurant Manager – Germiston Full Time

Leading Restaurant / Venue in Germiston is looking for a front of house Restaurant manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 4+ years management experience in Restaurants will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable. Experience with functions and events preferred, will be responsible for all functions at the venue.  Duties will also include staff management and stock control.
