Front of House Restaurant / Bar Manager – Bryanston Full Time

An upscale Restaurant/Bar located in Bryanston is seeking to hire a Front of House Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate should possess over three years of experience in a high-end, fast-paced Bar or Restaurant setting. Strong competencies in general front of house operations, bar management, and floor supervision are essential. Key responsibilities will include managing customer relations, overseeing waitstaff, and ensuring smooth operations on the restaurant floor. The ability to perform under pressure, think quickly, and thrive in a bustling environment is crucial. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of stock control and fundamental bar management practices. Experience in a high-end atmosphere is a must. This role is best suited for individuals with excellent organizational skills and a genuine passion for customer service. Only well-spoken and presentable candidates who can collaborate effectively within a team will be considered.  Experience on GAAP pos essential. Flexibility to work late hours is required.
