Call Center Agent Full Time

A Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, providing information about products and services, resolving customer queries, processing requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to customers when required.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Capture and update customer information accurately in the system.
Process customer orders, payments, and service requests.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Follow company procedures, scripts, and compliance requirements.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
