Requirements
Ford vehicle sales experience within the last 2 years
Minimum of 2 years’ proven vehicle sales experience
Valid Driver’s License
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional presentation and strong work ethic

Duties
Sell Ford vehicles in line with dealership and OEM standards
Build and maintain a strong, loyal customer base
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Handle the full sales cycle, including finance and vehicle handovers
Achieve consistent sales performance and contribute to team success
