A fast-moving, high-volume dealership in Durban is seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to join their successful team.

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R25,000 – R35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager within a franchised motor dealership.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to drive profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Valid driver’s licence.
Stable employment history with contactable references.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales team.
Achieve monthly sales, profitability, and gross profit targets.
Manage vehicle stock, pricing, and ageing.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Coach and develop sales executives to maximise performance.
Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Prepare and report on sales performance and departmental results.
