Store Supervisor – Galito’s Sky City (Germiston / Alberton Area)
Galito’s Sky City is looking for a vibrant, hands-on Store Supervisor to join our management team. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, motivating the floor staff, and ensuring our customers receive the highest quality flame-grilled chicken and service.
This is an excellent role for an experienced senior cashier or shift leader looking to take the next step in fast-food franchise management.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Shift Management: Run daily shifts effectively, ensuring the store is properly opened, closed, and fully prepared for peak hours.
Floor Leadership: Supervise front-of-house (cashiers) and back-of-house (grillers/kitchen staff) to ensure fast service and strict quality control.
Reporting: Work closely with and report directly to the Store Manager regarding daily sales, staff performance, and operational challenges.
Stock & Cash Handling: Assist the Store Manager with daily stock counts, cash drawer drop audits, and managing inventory during your shift.
Hygiene & Compliance: Enforce Galito’s strict cleaning schedules, health and safety regulations, and uniform standards.

📝 Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Cashier in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food franchise.
Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience working with restaurant POS systems. Strong cash-handling and numeracy skills are essential.
Shift Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible rota, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Location: Must reside in or near Sky City or have reliable transport for early opening or late closing shifts.
