DESIGN CONSULTANT – KITCHEN DESIGN & SALES
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Design Consultant to join our team in a showroom-based role.

SALARY & EARNING POTENTIAL
Basic Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 per month, depending on relevant experience
Plus: Commission and incentives on sales achieved

This role offers excellent earning potential, with commission earned on top of your basic salary.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ work experience in Interior Design
• Proficiency in kitchen design
• Winner Design software proficiency
• Good computer literacy
• A valid driver’s licence
• Access to your own reliable vehicle

The following experience or qualifications will be advantageous:

• 3+ years’ Sales or Project Management experience
• Experience in the Kitchen or Manufacturing industry
• A formal Interior Design qualification

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales & Design Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Consulting with clients and developing kitchen designs based on their needs
• Managing customer designs, quotes, contracts, payments and orders
• Developing and finalising designs for clients
• Managing projects from initial consultation through to completion
• Managing stakeholders throughout the project
• Managing client expectations and providing regular feedback
• Ensuring a high standard of service delivery and project quality
• Keeping up to date with the latest design technology and industry trends
• Meeting agreed sales and margin targets

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who combines strong design ability with excellent customer service and sales skills. You should be comfortable managing your own projects, working directly with clients and taking responsibility for the full customer journey.
