Pullens Hope (Hendrina area), Mpumalanga: IT NETWORK TECHNICIAN

Minimum Requirements:

-Reliable male with sober habits, preferably aged approximately 25-40 years

-Medically fit and able to work on heights

-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English a must

-Minimum 1 year recent practical work experience in technical IT Support and Wireless Network installation a must

-Good understanding and experienced with troubleshooting Wireless Internet Systems essential

-Good knowledge of MikroTik, Ubiquiti, VoiP, Cameras

-Good problem solving ability, and good customer service skills

-Able to multitask and work well without supervision (both independently and in a team)

-Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport to and from work (company vehicle provided during work hours)

-Residing near Pullens Hope / Hendrina area (within daily commuting distance)

-Stable employment record and contactable references (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record etc.)

-No lawful termination at any previous employer due to misconduct or non performance

-To start as soon as possible

Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays 7am-4pm

Duties:

-On site technical IT support and Wireless Network installations for Internet Service Provider (Wireless and FTTH service)

-Provide customer service, support and technical assistance to clients

-Installation and troubleshooting wireless internet systems

-Monitor network, identify and address issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability

-Execute maintenance tasks to keep client systems and networks running smoothly

-Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues efficiently

-Liaison with clients in Afrikaans and English

Salary: R 13 000.00 gross (Slightly negotiable depending on experience)
