NOW HIRING | GUEST RELATIONS SERVICE MANAGER – NAMIBIA

Are you a passionate hospitality professional who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences and leading a high-performing Front of House team?

My client is looking for an energetic and service-driven Guest Relations Service Manager to join a luxury lodge in Namibia.

THE ROLE

You will take the lead in ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction while overseeing and developing the Front of House and service teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and coordinate the FOH, butler and bar teams
• Deliver warm, personalised and exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee guest arrivals, check-ins and activity orientations
• Train, mentor and motivate service teams
• Manage staff schedules and assist with performance management
• Drive guest initiatives and special experiences
• Monitor guest feedback and service standards
• Oversee stock takes and departmental administration
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve service delivery

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar hospitality role
• Strong Food & Beverage knowledge and experience
• Proven Front of House leadership experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, outgoing and professional personality
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong team leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Valid Driver’s Licence
