Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated, trustworthy, and hungry Field Sales Agents to market our suite of high-demand insurance and Value-Added Services (VAS).

You will operate within your local community and surrounding areas, generating leads and closing sales.

This is a 100% commission-only role with uncapped earning potential, perfect for an entrepreneurial individual wanting to build a lasting income.

Key Products You Will Sell:

Vehicle Insurance Quotes: Connecting vehicle owners with affordable, tailored comprehensive or third-party car insurance solutions.
Funeral Cover: Providing families with peace of mind through affordable, dignified funeral policies.
Value-Added Services (VAS): Marketing essential add-ons such as legal cover, and lifestyle benefits.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage face-to-face with potential clients in residential areas, business hubs, and taxi ranks.
Educate community members on the vital importance of funeral policies and vehicle insurance and other service offerings.
Gather accurate client information to generate competitive quotes.
Meet daily and weekly lead generation and sales closing targets.
Maintain complete honesty and strict compliance with standard financial product guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience selling insurance, funeral policies, airtime, or retail financial products is a massive advantage.
Skills: Exceptional face-to-face communication skills. Ability to explain policy benefits clearly in local languages (e.g., isiZulu, isiXhosa, Afrikaans, Sesotho).
Tools: Must own a reliable Android smartphone or tablet with a working camera (for scanning documents/ID copies).
Traits: Trustworthy, highly disciplined, resilient, and motivated by money.
