SEO & Paid Ads Manager Full Time

About the client:

Our client is a US-based digital marketing agency specializing in the healthcare, medical, and dental equipment manufacturing sectors. The agency delivers end-to-end digital growth strategies for B2B manufacturers and is looking for a senior growth marketer who can drive both organic search and paid acquisition across client accounts.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced SEO & Paid Ads Manager who can own and execute both organic search and paid advertising strategies for healthcare, medical, and dental-focused clients.

This is a hands-on strategic role for someone who can move beyond channel management and take ownership of the full digital acquisition funnel — from technical SEO, local search, and AI search optimization to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and LSA campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable developing strategies, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, improving conversion rates, and presenting actionable recommendations directly to clients and leadership.

5–8+ years of combined hands-on experience in SEO and paid advertising.
Strong technical and strategic SEO expertise, including technical, local, and on-page SEO.
Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong working knowledge of WordPress, GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and conversion tracking.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel and ClickUp.
Strong understanding of ROAS, CPL, conversion rates, lead generation, attribution, and campaign performance.
Experience optimizing websites and paid campaigns based on conversion data rather than traffic or vanity metrics.
Excellent verbal and written English with the ability to communicate directly with clients.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
Self-starter who can work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal oversight.
Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns for healthcare, medical, dental, or related specialized industries.
Experience working with US-based digital marketing agencies and US-focused clients is highly preferred.
