Senior Engineer- Manager (Geosynthetic) Full Time
Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management.
Must have at least 10 years of leadership experience within the construction, infrastructure, mining, geotechnical, or related technical industries.
Must have proven experience managing full Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability, including commercial and operational performance.
Must have a strong track record in business development and expanding market presence.
Must have experience managing operations, projects, or business activities across multiple African markets.
Must have exceptional commercial acumen, leadership capability, and stakeholder management skills.
Must be willing to travel regionally and internationally.
