Resort Manager Full Time

A new resort situated in rural North West (90kms from Mahikeng and 40kms from Delareyville) is looking for a manager. The lodge has 20 rooms and a conference centre.

Requirements

*Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or management (Advantageous)
*Good communication skills
*Knowledge of staff management
*Proficiency in Tswana advantageous
*Must be a leader and team player
*Health and safety experience
*At least three years-experience in a managerial position

Key Performance Areas & Main Duties:

*Staff Development and Training
*Operations Management Experience (Front Office (Vento/ HotelTime) / Housekeeping/ Maintenance/ Recreation)
*Security Management
*Logistics Management
*Financial Management and Budgeting
*Project Management
*Good General Management Experience
*Implement Trends in the Hospitality Industry
*Compiling reports – daily, weekly and monthly reports
*Month End Task – Incident Reports/ Stock Takes or Control
