Broker Manager Full Time NEW

An international Financial & Investment Management company is opening a South African division with branches in Umshlanga, KZN, Woodmead, Sandton and Somerset West, Cape Town. The areas of activity will entail the recruitment of clients in the middle to upper medium income bracket to subscribe to our Private Client Managed Portfolio network where we offer clients access to a number of local and global opportunities under our JR licenseing agreement as an FSCA regulated entity in SA. We require a Broker with the following skillset.

·         RE5

·         Recognised NQF Level 7 in Finance/Banking

·         Proven track record

·         3+ Years Experience as a Broker Consultant

·         Interpersonal skills

·         Confident negotiation skills

·         Reliability and honesty

·         Excellent time management

·         Decision-making

·         Analytical skills

·         Accuracy and attention to detail

·         Interpersonal skills

·         Verbal and written communication skills

·         Identify Brokers and build a supportive panel

·         Building and maintaining business relationships with Brokers

·         Scheduling and attending meetings

·         Discussing and assessing clients’ current and future insurance needs with the Brokers

·         Preparing reports
