In this role, you will join our clients customer service team as Customer Service rep working from the comfort of your home office. You will be helping customers by assessing their needs and providing an excellent customer experience. On your average day, you’ll be taking incoming calls, having customer conversations with scripts, confidently navigating multiple customer support queries.
You will be given all the equipment needed however you will need to have the below technology requirements.
Internet connection, with an internet speed of 10Mbps or higher
Suitable, uninterrupted workspace with comfortable desk and chair
Requirements for the role:
You will receive 4 weeks of full-time paid training to get you up to speed. Training hours will be Monday- Friday 8.30 am-4.30 pm and will be done online.
