Warehouse administrator Full Time
A vacancy has become available for a Warehouse administrator.
Duties include, but may not be limited to:
Data entry (processing GRN’s) into a dedicated warehouse system.
Preparing paperwork.
General administration duties.
Physically checking that goods, sent or received, match paperwork.
Report any stock losses, discrepancies or damages to management and suppliers.
Communicating with drivers and clients.
Customer service.
Checking stock in the warehouse.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following:
Data entry/administration experience in a warehouse environment.
High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Strong Microsoft application experience.
Strong computer experience.
Excellent data entry skills – both alpha and numeric.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
