Telesales agents needed Full Time

We are seeking highly motivated skilled telesales assistants.

Full product training and induction will be given to the right candidates.

Your key focus will be to generate new business from existing and new clients. You will play a key part in the identification of targets and maximisation of sales leads through cross-selling opportunities.

It is vital that you are a strong communicator and can quickly and effectively build rapport. Active listening, effective questioning and a solutions based approach to sales will ensure your success. In addition you’ll respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

Your main responsibilities include:

Outbound sales,
Providing product information,
Problem-solving and managing objections,
Customer service,
Maintain quality and company standards,
Meeting targets & KPI’s,
Administration duties,

You must have:

Clear communication skills,
Telesales/outbound sales experience,
Proven sales experience,
Structured sales approach,
An understanding of the sales cycle,
Ability to self-manage and good time management,
Microsoft Office proficiency,
Strong administration skills,

Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
