About The Position
· Deliver excellent customer service to every customer by following the customer service procedures
· Monitor your daily sales against your individual budget every few hours
· Replenish footwear, apparel and accessories from the storeroom daily
· Ensure stock entries in the POS system are accurate
· Assist the team in quarterly stock take counts
· Process customer orders
· Maintain stock presentation in accordance with standards
· Ensure sizes are replenished
· Assist the team to change the windows/mannequins fortnightly
