Secretary – Legal environment Full Time
A very busy role proving secretarial support to 2 lawyers who work in Family Law, within a successful and well established practice.
This can be a very interesting and rewarding role due to the nature of the department, where the role will involve liaising with clients on the phone and at times face to face.
At times, there can be a high volume of audio typing, (on occasions this can be 85% of the role), other duties on a day to day basis will include:
– arranging appointments
– assisting with all paperwork regarding case files
– preparing documents and court papers
– liaising with clients, court staff and other departments
Due to the nature of the work confidentiality is key.
Candidates will need to demonstrate a fast and accurate typing speed and ideally have experience of audio typing. This is a role with an immediate start.
