Sales Support Coordinator Full Time

You will be working to assist the team in all types of sales and marketing activities. This includes the generation of repeat business with existing customers, bidding for new contracts and general administration and coordination of all sales activities. You will be closely linked with the operation department to scope the customer requirements for new contracts and to assist in the initial setup. This is an exciting and varied role with excellent potential for swift promotion for the right candidate.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1st line contact with customers on occasion

Engage with suppliers to deliver best pricing on products and services

Reporting to team and business about sales activity

Support team in any other type of sales activity

To actively contribute, participate and work effectively towards achieving monthly company targets

To help organise and participate in marketing and corporate events

Perform other duties as assigned

About You

You will need a good telephone manner, loads of initiative and an eye for detail. This is a hands-on role with your time divided between sales support and proactive sales generation – a vibrant and self-motivated personality is vital for this role.
