Requirements:

Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in the relevant role.
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone etiquette.
Understanding of call center operations.
Proficiency with computers and accurate typing skills.
Strong time management and decision making skills.
Adaptability and accountability.
Fluency in English and/or Zulu/Xhosa.

Remuneration:
