Bookkeeper & Compliance Administrator Full Time

RDC Refrigeration is looking for a highly accurate, dependable, and experienced Bookkeeper & Compliance Administrator to join our team.

We are looking for someone who understands the full financial cycle, is confident with compliance, and can work independently in a fast-paced commercial refrigeration environment where accuracy is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

· Bank reconciliations

· Approval and reconciliation of supplier invoices

· Bookkeeping checks and control account reconciliations

· Verification of account allocations and tax types on sales and supplier invoices

· Expense claims journals

· VAF & loan interest journals

· Fixed asset reconciliation and depreciation

· Salary and suspense accounts

· VAT report generation, editing, and monthly submissions (including audits when required)

· Payroll edits and checks (employee changes, loans, deductions, leave, MIBFA, overtime/short time, salary updates)

· EMP201 monthly submissions

· CIPC submissions (beneficial ownership & annual returns)

· International supplier payments (China & Portugal) including full supporting documentation for the bank

· Assisting with VAT implications on sales invoice amendments

· Assisting with Xero queries and reporting

· Monthly expense summary reporting

· Assisting management with financial documentation as and when required

Minimum Requirements

· Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge

· Experience working with VAT, payroll, EMP201, and CIPC submissions

· Experience with Xero

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

· Comfortable communicating with banks, suppliers, and management

· Able to handle confidential information with professionalism

· Previous experience in a similar senior bookkeeping/compliance role
