Practice Accountant Full Time

Our client is a small, busy family accountancy firm who are looking to grow. They provide bookkeeping and accountancy services to small and medium sized enterprises together with tax management and estate planning services.

They are currently seeking a full time Practice Accountant to join the team to improve systems and processes whilst also helping with accounts preparation work.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with practice experience looking to use their skills in a broader role.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA), ideally with practice management experience, good people skills and the ability to take ownership and drive change.

They will display some or all of the following attributes:

Significant post qualified background experience

Experienced in managing and motivating staff

Experience of process improvement and implementation

Strong commercial outlook

Energetic, engaging and motivating

Self-managing and adaptable

Excellent communication skills

Diligent, accurate and hands on approach to work
