Sales Representative Full Time

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

·                 Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies of a diverse portfolio calling on retailers and growing the market within the allocated region according to the company’s strategy.

·                 Identifying new opportunities with new and existing customers.

·                 Pro-actively sourcing information from the industry to gain an understanding of the processes.

·                 Visiting customers and compiling sales reports.

·                 Gaining product and market knowledge to ensure constant market gain.

·                 Ensuring profit margin levels are maintained.

·                 Effectively implementing price increases and maintaining monthly/quarterly price lists for customers.

·                 Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with new and existing customers.

·                 Compiling quotations and following-up on orders, ensuring that clients are informed of any stock backorders or delivery times.

·                 Liaising with customers and arranging client meetings.

Minimum requirements for the role:

·    Minimum Matric.

·    Previous sales experience

·    Ability to build and foster strong relationships with customers.

·    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·    Computer literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.

·    Own car with valid driver’s license is essential.
