Owing to a growing pipeline of clients, the company has a requirement to increase bandwidth in its technology department and is seeking an individual to join the team as a Project Administrator.
We are looking for a self-motivated and capable individual who will join the team to support the wider Project Management team. Your input will be required across a multitude of medium or large scale projects at any one time. Typically our Project Administrators come from a Project Management Office (PMO) background with previous exposure to software development projects and ideally, financial services.
Updating Excel spreadsheets and reporting including extensive use of pivot tables, lookup’s and formulas
Attend and minute client project update meetings
Undertaking general documentation reviews and production
Seeking and capitalising upon opportunities to improves current processes
Developing a knowledge base of each project’s requirements and objectives.
Reviewing the status reports of team members across projects and addresses issues as appropriate.
Knowledge & Experience:
Advanced level of expertise in Microsoft Excel with the ability to perform v lookups, pivot tables, charting and formulas (essential)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio (essential)
Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role within a PMO environment (essential)
Financial services background (desirable)
