Office Manager Full Time

Requirements:

•Matric / Grade 12 certificate

•Valid Drivers license and own vehicle

•Relevant management tertiary qualification

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

•Be able to do Debtors and Creditors

•Daily Banking

•Stock control will book in stock, order and pick out stock for deliveries.

•All functions related to Purchases

•Receiving and relying invoices/orders to head office

•Control of petty cash and office expenses (recording, issuing monies etc)

•Customer complaints handling

•All admin related to the function.

•Dispatching of deliveries

•Opening and closing of offices

•Monitoring of drivers and all logistic admin related duties (log books, delivery notes etc.)

•Must be an open outgoing person able to communicate with customers in a effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction

•Has to have a Strong personality to manage staff effectively

•Has to be target driven to ensure all Deadlines are completed on time

•Must be an organized individual to ensure all duties run according to company standard

•Strong communicator verbally and written

•Able to handle a lot of pressure.
