Logistics Controller Full Time

–       Ensure that the suppliers paperwork is correct and that it is distributed correctly
–       Ensure that all suppliers have an export license
–       Liaise with Company staff handling exoneration and submit weekly exoneration lists
–       Monitor date exonerated
–       Ensure that BV inspection is done for all shipments
–       Monitor cargo departure and arrival dates
–       Ensure that the freight forwarders issue pre-alerts for all shipments
–       Tracking of AV documents
–       Monitor clearing of equipment
–       Monitor date equipment was issued to construction
