Retail Floor Assistant Full Time
PURPOSE :
Ensuring that the customer has a pleasant experience while visiting our store and making sure the customer is helped quickly and tended too swiftly.
TYPICAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
– Greet customers as they walk in and direct them to where they need to go or take them through to the shelves to get stock and assist them
– Inform customers of specials currently running and hand out flyers that are available
Candidate Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :- Grade 12
– 2-3 years’ Experience in electrical retail
– Computer literacy
– High attention to detail
– Good judgement
– Problem solving abilities
– Persistence
– Apply a positive attitude and self-discipline
– Positive work ethics
– Ability to work under pressure
– Self-starter
