Matric certificate.

BComm qualification OR Industrial engineering OR IT Software qualification, OR significant progress towards such qualifications.

Must have Project Managing working experience regarding IT software solutions

Must have gained working experience within the software solutions service rendered to the Loans, Lending Industries eg: Banks and other Lending, Loans Industries

Strong working experience in the IT software Systems Development Life Cycle and associated Project Management processes.

Must have min. 4 to 8 years’ in IT Software solutions SDLC and Agile + Project Management processes working experience and in going personally oneself to see and discuss software solution needs of the External outside Clients Face to face up to executive level External Clients premises for IT software solutions and related products, processes and systems that the External Client would request to be developed by own company working for

Acts as the liaison between one who is working for an organisation and its external clients, and is responsible for the day-to-day IT Software solutions management of External client accounts.

IT Software external Client support and technical assistance

Verify all tasks by performing full systems integration IT Software regression testing prior to deployments to external client environments.

Manage all IT Software deployments (i.e. Hotfixes, patches, releases) and data fixes.

Apply systems configuration to all IT Software environments (incl. Regression testing environment) and client environments.

Manage IT Software regression testing results, is maintained by documenting all test scenarios and where defects are identified; prioritise identified defects with the External client for development resolution.

This person works to resolve IT Software client business and process problems and ensures that new software products and enhancements to existing products or business processes are delivered timeously and as expected.

Managing IT Software projects and programs being able to plan strategically with the support of the Program Manager.

Must have IT Software Presentation skills experience and External Client Relationship management working experience is essential

Work with External clients, and internal IT Software operational business areas and service providers according to the required processes and system solutions.

Manage all IT Software client project scope, changes.

Direct IT Software support to own developers to clarify client requirements with assistance from own Business Analyst who one is working for.

Manage and participate in IT Software tasks through each of the key areas of the SDLC, including classification, prioritisation, business Requirements, design, testing, user training and deployments.

IT Software System and system environment administration, release management and configuration.

Driver’s License and own transport essential

Between R30 000- R50 000 full cost to company per month Gross- Full cost to company, depending on experience gained regarding this Vacancy and Qualifications and skills
