Payroll Manager Full Time
Duties / Responsibilities:
· Able to work independently as well as provide leadership to the team
· Strong and comfortable in the roll of discipline and conflict management
· Full Financial Function with focus on controlling cost and reporting variances
· Excellent Verbal and Written Communication and Interpersonal skills
Minimum requirements:
· Grade 12 School Certificate
· B-Com (or similar) Degree
· Pastel Partner, VIP Experience
· MS Office Proficiency
· Two Years Relevant Experience (Services Industry experience will be advantageous)
· Labour cost experience will be advantageous
