Description and responsibilities:
Reliable accounts clerk, with sound and solid understanding of accounts & Pastel.
Duties
Supplier invoice capturing
Supplier reconciliations to supplier statements
Supplier credit note capturing
Debt collections
Bank capturing and bank reconciliation
Customer invoicing
Capturing customer credit notes
Aging of customers
Minimum requirements:-
2-4 yrs related exp.
Matric + Bookkeeping Diploma preferred
Pastel & Excel
Own transport
