Sales Consultant Full Time
Minimum requirements:
Matric or equivalent qualification
Relevant IT Certification / Diploma
2 years sales experience within an IT environment, preferably retail
Well presented and articulate
Fully computer literate
Confident to communicate at Corporate Executive Level
Customer service focused, analytical and problem solver
Innovative in sales approach
Approachable and pay great attention to detail
Own or reliable transport arrangements
Key performance areas:
Work towards achieving / exceeding targets
Drive solutions based selling concept and cross sell where opportunity presents itself
Prepare merchandise displays and presentation
Exercise sound judgment and discretion in applying merchandising concepts and guidelines
Assist clients with queries in a helpful and courteous manner
Ensure updated knowledge of all in-store products
Process payment on POS and end of day cash-up
Complete management of stock take process and risk minimization
Responsible for opening and locking store
