Sales Administrator / Marketing Administrator / Sales Support Full Time

Salary:  R 12 000.00 plus benefits

Main duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

CRM (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management)

•Assist with the maintenance of CRM system and marketing automation tools

•Ensure that CRM is updated regularly; data is cleansed and captured after events

•Ensure that CRM data is correct

•Responsible for ensuring that our CRM Business Intelligence system is updated daily

Sales support

•Collate and share data, information and news articles to support the sales team

•Send emails, produce documents and provide background information (through market research) about clients/prospects for sales team

•Attend internal sales meetings and capture actions arising from them

•Raise purchase orders and manage procurement of materials and services for Sales and Marketing

Events and meetings

•Monitor stock of collateral and print and collate all materials required for events and sales meetings

•Undertake administrative tasks with relation to logistics for events, to include, venue selection, bookings, travel booking, catering and equipment hire and logistics

•Manage meeting rooms and refreshments, meet and greet attendees and prepare rooms pre and post meeting

•Attend events to support with registration, set-up and break down of event when required
