Call Centre Agent Full Time
MUST HAVE A COMPLETED BCOM IN FINANCE/ACCOUNTING
Some sort of IT qualification or background will be an advantage
Financial background
customer service background
Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment
Experience with handling inbound and outbound calls
Experience in support over the phone
Must have excellent communication skills in english
