Mechanical Designer experience in Jigs, Fixtures+ Conveyors- Pretoria JHB

PERMANENT POSITION

Must be able to start immediately or within 1-2 days

Mechanical Degree 4year Engineering Degree or Mechanical Diploma

With 4+8 years’ working experience in Steel metal and -Fixture ,Jigs,Conveyors

Must have Solid works design +3D CAD modelling experience

Experience in Specification of electro-mechanical + pneumatic control systems.

Knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software (advantageous)

Conceptualize and design mechanical purpose-built machinery, industrial equipment, lifting equipment.

Analyse mechanical functionality of systems, including Finite Element Analysis.

Specification of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems.

Good Understanding of Tolerance + References.

Able to work under pressure and deadlines

Specification of required system components

Develop manufacturing drawings + BOM’s

Hydraulics and Pneumatics experience gained

Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Work to company CAD + PDM standards.

Detailed designs must be done to applicable ISO, SABS and Customer Standards

Must be prepared to work overtime whenever required

R20 000- R 28 000 plus negotiable CTC per month
